  • All bookings and purchases must include accurate customer information. Yaa Hajji is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Service providers (e.g., for transport, ziyarat, train bookings) may have their own terms, which will apply to your booking in addition to ours.
  • Customers are responsible for complying with third-party terms, conditions, and usage policies.

3. Payment & Fees

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments must be made using approved payment gateways at checkout.
  • Service/facilitation fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed before payment.
  • Customers are responsible for any bank fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Service cancellations are subject to the terms of each third-party provider. If a provider does not permit cancellations or refunds, we are unable to override their policy.
  • Product returns are accepted only under conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after vendor approval and issued to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Services already delivered or used
    • Missed bookings due to customer absence
    • International returns not covered by manufacturer defects or pre-approval

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is managed by independent third-party logistics partners.
  • Delivery times are estimates only, and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
  • For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Yaa Hajji is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once handed over to the logistics provider.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers using our platform must:

Customers agree that all third-party services are offered at the provider’s responsibility, and any disputes must first be addressed with the relevant provider. Yaa Hajji will assist in coordination but cannot guarantee resolutions.


8. Limitation of Liability

🚫 Yaa Hajji is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or service delivery.
🚫 We are not liable for service disruptions, delays, or non-performance caused by third-party providers or external events.
🚫 Platform access is not guaranteed at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

Maximum Liability: In case of a verified dispute, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.


9. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

  • Customers must first contact our support team to resolve disputes informally.
  • If resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated to UAE consumer protection authorities or other appropriate legal channels.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the UAE courts.
